TO ORDER
We want to make ordering at Marionarts.com
as easy as possible. You've browsed through our gift collections
and special custom pieces. When you've found your selection, just click
below the image on the order link and specify any details in the email
to fulfill your order payment options. If you have a particular custom
piece in mind that you would like designed, please send an email with
as much detail as possible. Marion is also open to discussing business
options in regards to carrying any of her lines and will arrange this
on an individual contract basis. Marion's
studio is located in Los Angeles, California.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS
Marionarts.com accepts VISA and MasterCard. We do not accept
cash or CODs for internet orders. Personal checks are gladly accepted
but require a 10 waiting period before any merchandise is shipped out.
We accept cash for purchases made at any of the art shows Marion attends
in the US or at her studio located in the Los Angeles area. A
tax of 8.25% is mandatory for all California orders. Sales tax is not
charged on shipments to recipients outside California.

ORDERS
For personal orders, feel free to call in your order. We encourage you
to order online as well, but please understand most orders regardless
of your ordering method are custom made and may take time to design
and complete the order. Call us at 1-858-638-9944, seven days a week.
You may leave a message with our voice message service and if we do
not confirm your order within 24 hours feel free to call us again. You
will receive an email or phone confirmation with any order. All orders
are shipped priority mail, at $6.
BROCHURE
ORDERS
You
must be a retail outlet or online store to receive or purchase from
our wholesale brochure. To order items from our brochure, please use
the order form provided in our brochure packet and fax, email or mail
it to the contact information provided. An invoice will be sent to you
following your order. Just enter the item name from the brochure wholesale
pricing list and the quantity. Because our designs are custom and original
works of art, you may request a desired size, length, color combination
or any other relevant attributes for your gift purchase or clientele.
Please remember though, some stones may not be readily available due
to international availability and trade sanctions. However we will do
our best to inform you of availability and accommodate your needs to
the best of our ability.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are
shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to a PO
addresses.
ORDERING
& SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS
After placing an order, you will receive two email confirmations. First,
we will confirm receipt of your order within 24 hrs. Then, you will
be notified when your order ships. All orders are shipped priority mail,
at $6, unless otherwise requested.
RETURN,
REFUND & GUARANTEE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of the jewelry and accessories, and the special
labor requirement in producing each pieces ALL
SALES ARE FINAL... However, Marion welcomes exchanges if
you are not 100% satisfied with your choice. We want you to love your
selection. She also does not refund shipping charges incurred. Shipping
and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer or client.
In the event that the client terminates a custom order, Marion requires
a 5-day written notification (email is acceptable). Upon receipt of
written documentation, Marion will promptly or within two-business days
cease all activities on behalf of the client. The client agrees to compensate
Marion for all fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Marion guarantees all her works of art 100%. If the piece is defective
due to shipping simply send the piece back to Marion and she will pay
for the return shipping in this particular circumstance. Marion also
guarantees all her pieces for up to 5 years. Re-stringing work of beaded
pieces within 2 years of purchase is also covered by Marion.
