EMOTIONAL
& INTELLECTUAL PRESENCE
Beginning in the mid 1970s, Marion developed a strong interest in
acetylene torch technique with large bronze and steel sculptures. By the
mid 1980s, Marions passion grew toward smaller sized wearable
pieces, working with welded gold and silver jewelry and accessory designs.
Now, in the 21st century, with much expression and style, Marions
one-of-a-kind creations continue to reflect the mark of a most gifted
welder, artist and designer.
FOR THE MOST CASUAL OR FORMAL AFFAIRS
Marions designs are extremely versatile, easy
to wear, and bold. They can bring color and attitude to a sexy cocktail
dress, or modern fun to the playful bad girl look. They command attention
and find
their place at a black tie event or with jeans and a trendy t-shirt. Each
hand-sculpted piece is one of a kind and shows exceptionally well on television.
SCULPTURAL TONES & ABSTRACT BEAUTY
Each individual work of art requires a
5 to 7 step process. Starting with sterling or gold and a very hot flame,
Marion outlines, cuts, melts, and forms her unique designs. All of Marion's
gems are either hand-cut by her or selected from thousands of possibilities.
Marion's studio is located in Los Angeles, California.
